Incorrect product sent
The ordering process was very easy to use. Unfortunately I was sent 50 face shields instead of 50 face masks. I rang the company and they sent the face masks immediately via Express Post. They apologised and sent me information for the return, via courier, of the face shields. There was no cost incurred by me.
I realise this was a glitch in the system. The face masks are excellent and I would order from Lanyards Factory again.
