I have been working for them for many…

I have been working for them for many years as an interpreter. They are a great company to work with, truly professional and trustworthy. They treat their interpreters with respect and compassion and payment is always on time. It’s always a pleasure to work with them.

I have been a “Proud” service provider…

I have been a “Proud” service provider to this renowned and reputed Translation Agency since a long time!
Yes, I am proud and my “Pride” lies in the fact that the organisation is always kind, courteous and respectful in all its dealings with the customers, and which emboldens me to admit and acknowledge its “greatness” or “uniqueness”. Though for the services provided, I am being paid but I feel I belong to this organisation!
The first and foremost or noteworthy element is the FIRST CONTACT!
As soon as the line is connected to the organisation, it hardly lets It ring not more than 3 to 4 times, by which time, the response is always “sweet”, “courteous” and “respectful”. It is this uniqueness of responding which emboldens the caller to engage in more conversation regarding his/her matter, and the entire conversation is conducted in such a business yet friendly manner, that the caller feels fully satisfied, in lightening his or her burden, whatever it may be- say an inquiry for a quick quote for a Translation job or a mere, candid inquiry for job prospect! The main business is never to fail to establish a rapport!
The conversation lasting for whatever time, nearly always ends in establishing a BRIDGE of understanding and confidence.
As a linguist, I simply cannot end this review without paying a glowing tribute to both Sally and Louise, who have proved to be a very valuable backbone to the organisation, around whom revolves the whole organisation!
