Compared to other recruiters, their approach is noticeably different. They are always polite, friendly, and approachable.

I have come across many recruiters who focus solely on maintaining relationships with employers and fail to respond to candidates. In contrast, both Sean and Andy treat candidates with the same level of respect and professionalism.

Compared to other recruitment agencies, their contract terms are also fairer, and they are open to discussion and negotiation where appropriate.
