Great price, great delivery.
Best price I found, delivery driver, could not have been more helpful, he dropped it off as close as possible to our door, I'm very happy and would highly recommend.

Ordered about 3 ton of sharp sand to put on my lawn
Had a problem with the delivery (3rd party) but Bogdan, Teegan and Renn in customer service were very helpful and got them to come back and move the delivery to where I wanted it.

Terrible never again
Terrible never again. Bought £484 of 20mm pea shingle. Next day I get an email stating non in stock but I can have limestone chippings... No way. Only option was refund so I asked for refund. Next day I get another email stating because I cancelled the order I can't have a refund until it's been taken off the truck.... Erm You didn't have it to put on the truck. Demanded instant refund because it's now holding the job up and I need the money to buy stuff elsewhere. Been waiting now 5 days for refund. Got an email 3pm today today 6 days later stating they have now sent the refund and it will take 3-5 days to get receive the funds. Don't ever buy anything from landscaping superstore. They are cheap for a reason.

Very satisfied with the customer service center. They responded to my questions almost immediately. Very helpful. Just a small remark about the delivery. The driver did not call me before he arrived and placed my order in an inconvenient place. But I am satisfied with the service and the price.

My 12x8 shed
From start to finish the whole ordering & delivery process was terrific. They could not have been more helpful. I had frequent emails and phone calls updating my order details and when delivery was expected. It took around 14 days to get my shed which is a really good product . Excellent company. Highly recommended.
