Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Ordered minster set cobbles only to be told they don’t have them anymore.
Been waiting for a month for my money back and had to open case with credit co.

Shower of shit in my opinion. Go elsewhere!

Great product, but let down by poor delivery.

Great Product, but let down by poor delivery.
I wanted a fairly large stone quarter circle to finish off our garden, and Landscape-Paving in Yeadon, Leeds (landscspe-paving.co.uk) were about the only provider I could find. Found them on eBay, but as we were a fair distance away I had to ring to sort out freight delivery (a whopping £65!) and was directed to their website for more product range. Found one the Mrs liked and ordered, having been told it would take a week. It took a day short of 3 weeks, which was quite poor. Other than a confirmation email I heard nothing from them, despite being told I'd get a text prior to delivery. I tried calling (answer phone full initially) and emailing (turned out to be a no-reply email address, but got no mis-delivery message), and eventually got through to Richard, who promised, on day 12, that it would be shipped the next day, and I should have it on the Friday (day 14). The courier rang on day 18 to say they were outside my house, but I couldn't take the call, and no message was left. Finally got it delivered on day 20 (having waited-in all day the day before), one day short of 3 weeks after ordering, just as I was about to cancel the order.
Really pleased with the product, but what a palaver getting it! Richard says they've been having problems with the pallet delivery company, and explained how they get charged extra for re-delivery, so of my £185 (£120 for the stone product), £125 went on delivery costs and £30 on tax, so they were running at a loss. I really feel for companies like this.
Overall, I'd recommend Landscape-Paving, but not if you aren't local to Leeds and/or want quick delivery. If I'd known, I would have taken a day off and gone to Leeds to collect it, which Richard says many do.
