They rang me to clear a section of overgrown land... Accepted the quote so I went ahead... They say payment takes 30days.. Fine a lot of business do that too... 30days goes by notting... Contact them again they fob you off to a email account no replies Avoid at all costs

CONTRACTORS BEWARE.. THESE ARE NON PAYERS
Just to echo what the other reviews are saying. They're happy to call you out to do emergency work, but then they just don't pay. I had a few emails saying that my invoice is with accounts, and it will be paid soon. Now they're not even responding.

They do not pay contractors
They have not paid us, customer service is terrible, we were contracted to carry out a roof inspection on a property they maintain. They said payments will be sent out after 30 days, it's been over 60days with no sign of them paying. When asking for updates they say the payment is due and they will chase it up with the accounts team.

Contractors BEWARE!!!
If this company contact you to provide any service for them I suggest you stay away. They owe us money for a job we did and are just ignoring our contact attempts. Initially I thought this is just us and that they are just taking time but after months of no payment I've looked online and apparently it's something the seem to do often. Check their google maps listing and you'll see - search for LANDS PROPERTY MAINTENANCE LTD this is their company's name.
