Fairly simple service really. You pay £39 for a 12 hour turnaround of documents. Simples.... Unfortunately when they don't deliver a single thing, there is no recourse for a refund. Total shambles... See more

A title plan that could cost you over £90.00
No where on the website or following the order was there any notification that you were entering into a subscription. This is hidden in the terms and conditions. It effectively means a £4.00 search will cost £90.00
They advise that you can cancel at anytime. However, as they do not bother acknowledging emails or respond to queries this is proving impossible. The only option is to see whether trading standards can shut them down or make their website more transparent as to what you are paying
Avoid
Avoid
You think your buying a document for £3 However you are entering into a subscription, and before they add "you should read the terms and conditions" THERE IS NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT YOU HAVE ENTERED INTO A SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT when you purchase your £3 document
Should have known as only contact is by email.
TOTAL RIPOFF MERCHANTS
TOTAL RIPOFF MERCHANTS. They offer you a service, you're asked to open an account and you think you're getting a 'one off' purchase for £3. Unless, however, you read the full details (which are apparently written in red) very carefully, you don't realise you are signing up for another 5 months at £15 per month or until you cancel.
You'll find the £15 is automatically deducted from your bank account using your card details. Then, when you ask their online help about why you are being charged every month you are told you should have read the details properly and could have cancelled at any time.
Ask for a refund and this is the reply I had from 'Chris' "we cannot refund any amounts under normal circumstances. If you feel that there are extenuating circumstances please email (Trustpilot cannot publish email addresses) with the details.
Oh Yeah!
DO NOT DEAL WITH LANDREGISTRYDOCUMENTS UK.
Hi Guys
Hi Guys
Please read the website when you are ordering the subscription. It shows up on my mobile in large red font. - people must not be reading this.
For me this is great, I buy and sell at auction and it is the cheapest solution out there. 3.00 for 3 searches is great. I just cancelled and it was fine

SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS. THEY IMPERSONATE THE REAL LAND REGISTRY WEBSITE WHERE YOU CAN GET THIS INFORMATION. They kept taking £15 out of my account every month!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
When I complained they cut me off of the online chat when I said I wanted my money back.
ABSOLUTE A$$EHOLES
I was offered this service for £3
I was offered this service for £3, to see who owned a local property. I paid and received the information. Last month and this month £15 was taken from my bank account. Cannot get in touch with these people and the bank say they can do nothing to stop the payments being taken. SCAMMERS DO NOT USE
The is a scam website paid 28 pounds …
The is a scam website paid 28 pounds for some documents and nothing come through
Stay away as they are a scam
Beware they keep billing your card…
You get a basic check for £3.Then they take £15 a month from your card each month for 5 months. Its in their services small print.
Incomplete Order
Ordered what I thought was going to be a complete Title Register - came back after an hour in an abbreviated form with 'covenants' section missing. Have emailed twice yesterday & today with no reply querying this.Surprise, surprise - no replies to my emails. Have reported them to UK Trading Standards today.
Waste of time and money.
Waste of time and money.
You're paying for them to do the 5 minute lookup on the land registry site (www gov uk / search-property-information-land-registry). They return nothing that isn't freely available for £3, and they take at least an hour to do it and only during weekdays!
Don't bother with them and just use the official channels, and have the information immediately downloaded.
This company absolutely sucks
This company absolutely sucks - they promise really fast delivery of documents plans etc which is why they cost more than the Land Registry itself
After they took my money they emailed to say the plans I ordered and paid for could not be sent by email due to their size but that they would be sent by post, which was disapointing but I could live with.
I chased after a week because they did not turn up and chased again after ten days
NOTHING not even an acknowledgement of my emails from their customer service team
Its two week snow and they have not responded nor have I received the documents I paid for
what a rip off - don't use them they are rubbish
Google should not allow this
Google should not allow this. I did a Google search like anybody else would, using the words "Land Registry". Google puts the real site (at [dot]gov[dot]uk/government/organisations/land-registry) at 5th on the list with 4 fake sites above it, who just rip you off. Is it even legal for web sites to impersonate a government organisation? And why does Google help them? Shame on you Google!
Complete ripoff
Complete ripoff. Spent £40-00 to receive 4 documents ( My fault should have been £12-00 from Govt. L.R. ) Received 1 document. No reply to emails complete *****s. No way to contact them that I can find. DO NOT USE THIS SITE !!!!
SCAMMERS
Scammer con merchant company that sells you £3 data from the government website for £17
Misleading and inefficient
Exact experience as previous reviewer. This is effectively a scam. Do NOT use - 80% cheaper directly from Land Registry. Worse, they sent me the wrong document and are not responding to my emails.
