Delivery no show, no text, no email - 2 days and no answers - Truly awful customer service.
Ordered furniture in October 2025, schedule for delivery Jan 3. Confirmed 2 days prior. Got text confirming. Complete no show, no call, no text and no email. Status showed “out for delivery”. Customer service was unable to reach driver a warehouse on Sat. Now Sunday still unable to reach driver and warehouse. Just Terrible customer service. I would avoid purchases from this company. They just don’t seem to care about their customers. How init possible the people delivering your product are unable to be reached - truly bizarre!!! Update they just told me soonest deliver is 2 weeks from now. Update: Despite the fact they did not deliver as scheduled and confirmed. wish I could show you the text from customer service, it would get your blood boiling. Totally frustrated

I’m impressed with the customer service! A year ago, I purchased a crib, and after noticing some paint chipping, I contacted the company. They responded quickly and sent me a replacement without any hassle. The new crib is perfect, and I truly appreciate how they stand by their product. Overall, it was an amazing experience—I highly recommend this company!

Ordered a couch in AUG 2020. Arrived damaged in JAN 2021. Don't believe a single positive review you read. The furniture looks good in the pictures on the website... that isn't what you get. If you get anything at all.
