Well I must have caught them on a bad day judging by the five star ratings ! Engineer called and assessed our house being sold and the report came back after more than a week with two glaring mistakes. We have newish double glazing which was assessed as poor and it said we had no energy meter which is incorrect. He actually commented on it when he was here. We sent proof of the double glazing and a photo of the meter and asked for a revised report for our estate agent. Didn’t arrive despite emails. In the end we threatened legal action and the report then arrived but no apology at all. Probably not the engineer’s fault but the office,

Quick and easy service. Abu corrected an issue on EPC quickly, so I was very happy.

Done all 3 certificates with them multiple times on different properties, always been easy and efficient.

Awsome service, I got Landlord Certs contact from gumtree and I sent them a message, arranged an EPC renewal. The rep was on time as expected and completed the job well done. I payed through a bank transfer and the EPC was uploaded to the gov portal, no sweat! Their price and service is the best in the market.

Mat came over to my house in Caterham today to complete and EPC. He was efficient friendly, professional and on time.
