Beware of this business – terrible service, dishonesty, and outright theft!
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. 🚨
We brought in an expensive jacket (MSRP $1,000) for cleaning, and they damaged it. We tried working with them, and they kept making false promises that they would repair the jacket. Instead, they ignored us, dodged emails and messages, and never followed through.
After weeks of frustration, we disputed the charge through our credit card company, still willing to pay if they actually fixed the jacket. Once we won the dispute, the business refused to return our jacket—essentially outright stealing it.
David, the owners, has been aggressive, rude, and deceitful throughout this entire process. His sister, Chani, also promised to call back but never did, ignoring emails and texts. This saga has been dragging on since November 2024.
At this point, we may take legal action, but we also want to warn others about their foul business practices and complete disregard for customer service.
Worth noting, all other hired staff had been very friendly and tried to help but their hands were tied by their Disgraceful employers.
