Lancelot M1630 Pro DTF Printer
It took me a little while to give you my review because I really wanted to spend some time with the printer and use it properly before sharing my experience.
I wanted to make sure I tried everything—from setting it up, printing, using the shaker and dryer, working with the RIP software, and, of course, interacting with your customer support.
So, overall, I have to say that my experience has been really, really good.
*Positives.*
First – Packaging & Assembly
The first thing I noticed was the packaging. Everything was packed really well, and honestly, the packaging itself speaks about the quality of the company.
The printer is very robust and feels like a quality machine.
Assembly was also quite easy. You provided all the components, proper instructions, and I really liked that you included some extra parts as well.
That may seem like a small thing, but as a customer, it gives you peace of mind. You know that if something happens, you don’t immediately have to start searching for a replacement part.
I thought that was very thoughtful.
Second – Ease of Use
The printer is quite easy to use.
I’m relatively new to DTF printing, so I was expecting there to be a pretty steep learning curve, but I found the machine quite beginner-friendly.
Once you understand the different components and settings, it becomes much easier to work with.
Third – Customer Support
This is probably one of my favorite things about dealing with your company.
Your customer support is exceptional.
I’ve asked questions that were probably very basic, and your team was still very responsive and helpful.
I’ve heard people talk about your customer support before buying the printer, but honestly, experiencing it myself is completely different.
What I really appreciate is that you don’t just respond to the question—you actually make sure the issue is resolved.
As someone who is learning the machine, that makes a huge difference.
Fourth – Laptop & RIP Software
The laptop and RIP software that came with the printer have also been great.
I’ve never really used this type of RIP software before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.
But honestly, once I started using it, it was almost a piece of cake.
It’s very easy to understand and makes the overall printing process much easier.
Fifth – Overall Customer Experience
From purchasing the printer, to delivery, setup, using the machine, and getting after-sales support, everything has been a very positive experience.
It genuinely feels like your company values customer experience and long-term relationships, and I think that’s something that’s very difficult to find these days.
Final Thoughts
Overall, I want to emphasize that I’m really happy with the printer and the experience I’ve had with your company.
The printer is solid, the setup is straightforward, the software is easy to use, and your customer support is probably one of the strongest parts of the entire experience. Would highly recommend
