I communicated many times with support…
I communicated many times with support about my issues. Support was friendly and, I assume, as helpful as they could be. My concerns were never solved. I was only told that my issue would be escalated and a team was reviewing it. This happened a few times and my issue was never solved or explained. The one feature that I wanted (to be able to somehow identify which client or business the money was coming from vs "Transfer") has not happened in the time that I have paid for the service. I'm beginning to not trust leaving my money in this new bank account so I don't think I'll be using it at all.

Closed account without warning
After notifying lance I had 2 large deposits pending my account was closed the next business day without notice, warning, or explanation! Pick a different bank!

As soon as I put money in my account
As soon as I put money in my account. They shut the account without explaining. Then I call them and they say it’s irreversible and nothing can be done. They will send me a check in 10 to 15 days. No explaining or anything.
