Got a new shop front from this company in May 2022, they were supposed to come back in a few days to finish the job and have still yet to return.

Both the frame and the actual doors they fitted are too small so there are large gaps for cold air to get in. Big enough I can actually get my hand nearly all the way through. They also damaged the ceiling in the property, during the process which they said was down to me to sort myself.

They promised on numerous occasions they would rectify the issue as the doors are not fit for purpose and booked to come back multiple times but never returned.

I was given various excuses for them not turning up and assurances it would be sorted but 8 months on, not only is this not the case but now they no longer answer my calls or emails at all.

Initially Akram Bin Ali was so helpful responding to any of my concerns until they got the money and that was the end of that.

If there was the option to give 0 stars that would be my score and to strongly advise nobody to ever use this company unless they have thousands of pounds they wish to flush down the toilet.

I will now be seeking legal advice on the matter to get my money back so I can get the job done properly!

If you want a company you can rely on look elsewhere. I told them exactly what I wanted and someone rang me back to arrange a site visit. I tried several times to ring him back to delay the time by half an hour but every time I rang the phone was answered by someone claiming to be his business partner. In the end after considerable inconvenience I arrived at the originally arranged time but he didn't I sent messages and texts and forty minutes later he answered the phone and told me that because I wanted a wooden front (to meet conservation area requirements) they only do aluminium. He took no account of my wasted time and his lack of courtesy in even letting me know he was not coming to the appointment. If this sounds OK to you go ahead but it certainly did not suite me.
