I did not know I could not readily use the light in the US - you must not sell an item to the US without that warning … now I am forced to spent more money for a converter and the actual bulb / that is unacceptable
I am very disappointed! I would have sent it back if my wife accidentally did not throw away the boxes. You have got to warn people so that they can make an educated purchase
They sell these light in the US for a little more

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The product was drop shipped, causing a very long delivery time. On top of that, customer service was hard to reach and not very helpful when contacted.

Do not buy from lamp twist
A key component was missing from the box (to attach the pendant light to the ceiling). When I complained I was told this part wasn’t included (despite appearing in the instruction manual) and to go and buy one (no details on where, what size etc). I have never purchased a light that couldn’t be installed (especially not for over a thousand dollars) and I have been refused a refund despite them selling me a product that was unusable. Customer service has been rude, not apologised and brushed me off and I would never buy from Lamp Twist again.

We note that this is the second review regarding the same case. We want to clarify that the lamp was delivered quickly, intact, and complete.
The part you mention is the hook linked to your electric cable, which is not part of the majority of the lamps on the market.
We have shared several confirmations from SECTO, the supplier, confirming this.- and this was shared with you. If we confirm this, and the manufacturer of the lamp confirms it's not included, then it simply means that the lamp you have received is complete.
Requesting a refund without returning the product, simply because a piece that is not part of the lamp is missing, is not understandable from our side.
We have not brushed you off. Our team received over 4 emails during the weekend, when our office is closed. We kindly ask for time to respond. We have never ignored your case and even contacted the supplier to provide a quick and accurate response.

Bed delivery management
I have purchased 3 items which is over £700 since mid-Nov and still havent received them all until now mid-Jan. They put a wrong address to my delivery and I have been emailed contact them to adman in early beginning and they still using the wrong address!!!! RIDICULOUS MANAGEMENT!!! I need to go DHL and adman the address BY MYSELF and items still cannot delivery on time. Their replied is useless and un helpful to solve the problems. And now, I still have one missing parcel. I don't want to give any star for this purchase experience.
