I never received this order
I never received this order, since DHL informed me that Lamptwist never delivered them the pack (in fact just the label has been given for shipment). There is 2 weeks that I ordered and I have no product, no information! I'm very frustated of this experience and expect immediate measure from Lamptwist

Nice variety of products in the Shop.
One item item I ordered had a defect and I contacted the service department (supportatlamptwist.be), but on answer at all so far within two weeks. The automatic respond mailing works good though.

I have ordered from LampTwist the first time, I was a bit sceptical at first because of the much lower price in comparison to the more established websites for design products. A few clarifications for future customers.
I clicked on a image Google ad. The image showed the Eames Lounge Chair. The text included the word "miniature." I didn't see it. My eyes went to the picture.
Your team replied to me: "We understand the misleading concerning the size of the chair."
That's the full story in their own words.
When I first asked to cancel, I received: "Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed almost immediately... that's why we're usually unable to cancel them."
When I persisted, the message became: "This is why our T&C's (that you accepted by placing the order) specify that cancellation is not possible."
Two different tones. One situation.
The refund came eventually. I'm glad it's resolved. I'm leaving this review so others know what to expect.
If you want to prevent this, add "MINIATURE VERSION" directly on the ad image itself.

I wish I had read other reviews before ordering from LampTwist. My experience has been incredibly frustrating and has raised serious red flags about their business practices.
I placed an order on 16th February for a chair, only to realise the next day (17th February) that the product photos were misleading regarding the actual size. I immediately requested a cancellation. Despite the fact that the item isn't even scheduled for delivery until 16th March, giving them over three and a half weeks of notice, they refuse to cancel the order.
Their support replies have been a masterclass in passing the buck. First, I was told: "We understand the misleading concerning the size of the chair. I'll reach my manager to ask if it's possible to cancel the order. Indeed, as explained, at my level, I'm not authorized to do it as generally cancellation is not possible."
When I pushed back, they followed up with this excuse: "Just to give you a bit of context: once payment is confirmed, orders are processed almost immediately to ensure fast delivery. That's why we're usually unable to cancel them at that stage (not because we don't want to help, but simply because things are already in motion on our end or on the supplier's end)."
How can the order be "already in motion" if it isn't leaving the warehouse for another month? This completely contradicts EU consumer law, which grants a 14-day cooling-off period. By refusing a cancellation given so far in advance, they are actively denying my statutory rights.
I have now had to escalate this to the European Consumer Rights team. It's a shame it has to come to that. If you value your time and money, I would strongly advise shopping elsewhere.

Delivery almost a month later vs info…
Delivery almost a month later vs info on site. An 80! kg pallet is being sent w/o further pre alignment via DHL business connect (which basically drops it in front of my house) to an end customer. It was a coincidence I was home that day. How am I supposed to get that shelf into my apartment? And what am I supposed to do with the B2B palette? Cannot find recommend unfortunately

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS
I would not recommend my worst enemy to shop at LampTwist. I purchased two expensive lamps at the beginning of August 2025, and the website stated a delivery time of 2 weeks. I chose to buy from them because I wanted the lamps quickly, and other retailers had 4–8 weeks’ delivery time.
Throughout the process, I received very little information and had to repeatedly request status updates myself. In the end, I received the lamps in December — 4 months after placing and paying for the order. It then turned out that both lamps were defective and could not be used.
I reported this immediately, but now, at the end of February, I am still waiting for the correct return information, which they require in order to refund me. I am deeply shocked by how completely amateurish and unprofessional this company is. Never, under any circumstances, consider shopping here.

This is the worst experience! I bought a Sena lamp and it arrived without the base. I reported it immediately and it is more than 3 weeks and this matter is still not resolved! No communocation and I send e mails every day!

Very disappointing.
The product on the Website (Tolomeo Mega, wall mounted) is not what you get. When enquiring, there is no answer, neither via email, chatbot or phone! When returning the wrongly sent items they still charge you for the delivery. And so far I have not even received a refund for the wrongly sent goods. Very disappointing. Can't recommend at all.

You very much have my details and I will not give them out publicly here. Not many customers ordered Tolomeo Mega with my story…if you can not verify my story…that would just proof my point of a very bad customer service.

Strong Product Offering, Mixed Service Experience
The products themselves are excellent, high quality, well priced, and with a strong overall selection. Where the experience fell short for me was in the customer service interface. The tracking link in my account led to a 404 page, which made it unclear where my shipment was and how the items were distributed across the different boxes.
When I reached out via chat, the AI assistant did not fully understand my question, and the responses from live support felt somewhat transactional and impersonal. Some messages appeared rushed or automated, and overall the interaction gave the impression that the team may have been handling a high volume of inquiries.
That said, the issue was ultimately clarified and resolved, and I am happy with the products themselves.
The worst
The worst! ordered a lamp that never arrived and never got the money back. poor communication. Don't recommend buying anything from them.

The nightmare experience
Worst experience ever. I spent $1800 on a lamp, waited over two months, and received a damaged item. After returning it, I have never received my replacement.
I was first told to wait two months, then later told they hadn’t received anything from the supplier and asked me to wait another month. The lamp I ordered is a popular design, so I honestly can’t believe there’s no stock available.
The customer service staff member named Julie was rude and unprofessional. The only thing she seemed able to do was make excuses instead of providing a proper solution.
