I placed an order in March for two lamps worth over €1,000. Delivery was promised for May 5th. Today is May 22nd, and they still cannot tell me where my order is or when I will receive it.
They keep changing delivery dates, provide zero concrete information, refuse refunds, and instead offer a “gift card” for their own store while holding my money.
No proper customer support, no transparency, no accountability.
At this point, it honestly feels like a scam. Think I will never receive the lamps .have never faced this before , looks like a fraud and I have found many reviews like mine .
Be very careful before buying anything from them!!!

I had a fantastic experience with this store and I’m happy to recommend them wholeheartedly!
The customer service was excellent – very helpful and responsive. They replied quickly to both my email inquiries and messages on Instagram, which made the whole shopping process smooth and stress-free.
I ordered a Kartell Componibili side table and a Wastberg lamp. Both products arrived in Poland very quickly and in perfect, undamaged condition. The packaging was secure and professional.
I will definitely continue shopping here for more design pieces in the future.

avoid - very poor customer service
Stools delivered - are defective and don't meet description on the website, we provided pictures to LampTwist, but they don't seem to be concerned about it.
They stopped responding to emails, they are reluctant to help out, and it seems to be clear by a mile that they won't collect these goods.
Case will now be getting reported to the local Police in Brussels.
I can see the the firm responded below. Unfortunately, they still state misleading information. Stools that they sent me were faulty and did not meet the online description. Case is now being looked at by the Police in Brussels. I had to pay return postage myself. Business would not arrange a collection.

Unexpected 4 month wait in shipping
I ordered and paid almost €100 on the 17th April ( hay paper shade and hay common hanger). It is now the 10th of May and I have received an email that I will have to wait till August for a shipment to be in. I had no awareness of the delays when ordering. I have requested a refund and am waiting to receive it. Waiting 4 months for a stock item is just not acceptable, I feel I should have been offered a refund much sooner rather than having to wait a month to find out I will have to wait 3 more.

I live in Australia! Firstly that is on the other side of the world from Lamp Twist ! I received amazing service . Incredible emails , telling me , when & where my item ( kettle ) was shipped . Excellent, trustworthy service . Did I know Lamp Twist - no , but I took the chance , ordered & I was extremely impressed! I have since reordered another item . Lamp Twist also have fantastic offers - better than many of their European competitors & 100 times better than Australian stores , stocking similar if not the same brands . For an Australian to buy a kettle on the other side of the world - from Lamp Twist , demonstrates their excellent pricing & incredible customer service !

Great service overall
Five months of broken promises, then they ship after I demanded a refund.
I placed order #139825 on 31 December 2025 for €325.19. What followed was one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.
From day one, the support experience was a disaster. I needed a simple variant change (Clear to Frosted on the Ripple Long Drink Glasses) and was stuck with an AI chatbot that told me orders couldn't be modified. Only after repeatedly demanding a human did someone finally help me — the next day. A trivial issue that should have taken two minutes.
Then came the delivery saga. The shipping dates kept shifting:
7 January: Ripple Carafe and Glasses "expected 19 January"
12 January: Slamp Clizia lamp "expected 2 February"
29 January: Same Carafe and Glasses still "expected 19 January" (a date already 10 days in the past)
The same generic excuse every time — "stock problems at the supplier", "this is the same for all sellers". After four months of waiting, on 29 April 2026, I finally lost patience and emailed asking for a refund, since they were clearly unable to deliver.
What did they do? They ignored my refund request entirely and, five days later, unilaterally shipped a partial order without asking, without confirming, without any reply to my email. They simply decided for me — against my explicit written request. The invoice arrived as if nothing had happened.
This is a complete disregard for the customer. You don't get to override a refund request by quietly pushing a parcel out the door and hoping the customer accepts it. That's not customer service — that's forcing a sale on someone who already withdrew from the contract.
Five months of waiting, broken delivery promises, an AI bot pretending to be support, and a unilateral shipment that ignores what the customer actually asked for. Avoid. There are plenty of European lighting and homeware retailers that respect their customers and the basic rules of consumer law. Lamptwist is not one of them.

Outstanding turntable
Still waiting on my order to be delivered, huge delayed
Placed an order in February 2026, the promised delivery date was two weeks.
After contacting customer service, we were informed that we will get the shipping details in April 27th.
Until now, we have not received the tracking link. This is very frustrating, considering that the delivery time was communicated as two weeks and that my purchase was made in February.
Considering this terrible experience, I tried to cancel the order and was informed this is not possible.
Awful experience.
