I had a very unsatisfactory experience with Javaid Ali at Lampton Solicitors (20 Central Ave, Hounslow TW3 2QH). He charged me a significant amount for what I thought would be a straightforward case involving negotiation in an insolvency matter. Unfortunately, the advice I received turned out to be inaccurate, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress.

I was told that we needed to raise £150k or we’d lose everything, but it later became clear that the actual amount the other side was asking for was much higher at £372k. This left me feeling misled and frustrated.

Throughout the process, Javaid Ali didn’t seem confident or effective in handling the situation, and the case felt mismanaged. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this firm or Javaid Ali for similar matters.

Lamptons Solicitors have played a major role in helping us to achieve a successful house sale despite some challenges we had faced at the very beginning of the process when we had lost a buyer and we had to take the decision to change from estate agent due to a very poor service.

We decided to use their services based on the good feedbacks they had in Google Reviews, their reasonable costs and the fact that we absolutely wanted to use a local solicitor. It was certainly the right choice as we were extremely pleased with their services.
From the first call, everything was made easy. It was so refreshing to be able to reach someone from the Reception team straight away as opposed to being directed to an automated voice recording like most companies do nowadays.
Ms Shahid was the solicitor who supported our property sale. Her approach was very calm and soft which is exactly what you need when dealing with the sale of a property as the process itself can be quite stressful.
She was very kind and very professional, always maintaining a smooth communication, removing any ambiguities and/or misunderstandings, keeping us updated during the entire process and taking actions immediately whenever it was necessary.
We are forever grateful for Ms Shahid and her team’s support who have shown a high level of expertise and professionalism during the time our property was on sale on the market.

We have no hesitation in recommending Lamptons to anyone hoping to sale their property successfully and we have already recommended them to our friends.
