I recently purchased some light…

I recently purchased some light fittings that were delivered to my garden, but by the time I got home, they were nowhere to be found. Lamps Modern showed no interest in providing any customer service or support, whether it was for a replacement or a refund. They simply stated they had paid the shipping fee and advised me to claim from Evri.
The service has been extremely poor; they have not made any effort to contact the courier or resolve the issue. As a result, I am now out of pocket. I definitely would not recommend ordering from here.
