Great customer care service
A great experience with the customer care representative. I wanted to cancel a product in my order because it was not on stock and the whole delivery was delayed due to this fact. I called and immediately I received the cancel confirmation and refund for that respective product. Great service!

Well made, beautiful pendant lights
The pendant lights are of good quality and are designed and manufactured with attention to details.
The order was placed on the weekend and the parcel arrived with DPD from Poland within 5 days.
Both lamps were packed in separate cardboard boxes and those boxes were placed within a bigger one, with air pads for protection in between and therefore arrived in perfect condition.

The items I ordered were not delivered
The items I ordered were not delivered, there was no update from your team. When I called to inquire about the purchase and delivery, the customer service were not very helpful, but the biggest issue was with the delivery company. The company you chose didn't even try to deliver the goods, even though they reached the city warehouse.
