Great experience in spite of poor packaging
Large choice of product to sell, with (some) attractive designs. Website easy to navigate.
Shipping information (track and trace) sent promptly.
The package was delivered on time.
The outdoor wall-mounted lamps I bought were in line with expectations.
The only thing I would ask for is a better quality on the shipping packaging. The box that arrived was damaged because of poor taping and transport shocks. It did impact the product package, without damaging the product itself. So no harm this time.
Overall, a good experience. I'll come back.

Fantastic service, lovely lights
Havng already searched the shops, I then turned to online methods. I found sources with great choice, but when I investigated, a number of them seemed connected and very suspicious. Lampeetlumiere was the site with a fantastic choice AND which seemed honest AND I was able to speak to a real person regarding import to Switzerland. The lights were sent out straight away. UPS lost them (through no fault of Lamepetlumiere) and upon intervention, the lights arrived rapidly. Great packaging, instructions and price. The lights have made such a difference to the atmosphere in the central area of our house and I now consider lights as much more than just a source of light!

Was not good experience in the first order that was cancelled without an alternative solution, (refund was given though quickly) but was better at this time after I made again the order. All products arrived at reasonable time.
