Awful delivery
Awful delivery - the bulb was forced into a little space in the box so all broken and all spread into the box. I cannot even ask for a refund as the webpage does not allow me to.. The company should be more professional than this!

I haven't received this order. They show the wrong address, but there's no way to contact them and give them the correct address. I also was unable to contact the shipping company, SEUR.

We are sorry for the problems with the shipment, as we saw in your tracking they tried to deliver and when we did not receive a reply they returned it to us. As you had not contacted us it is understood that it is a return and we refunded you immediately. We regret that you contacted us a little over a month after the shipment, as we were unable to send it back to you.

Buenos días, lamentablemente durante esas fechas los pedidos enviados a la zona de Valencia presentaron muchos problemas en ser entregados, por lo que veo que siempre se lo indicamos y le reembolsamos rápidamente en cuento vimos que no podían entregarle. De nuevo lamentamos las molestias.

Horribly bad company. I have ordered 2 ceiling lights. Only got screens/ceilings. The rest they want me to pick up in Alicante, even though I live in Torrevieja!!! I have emailed them 3 times!! Wrote on WhatsApp 2 times!! NO ANSWER. I will never buy anything from them again. Scam and untrustworthy company.

This game with the customer continues. The address is still wrong on the carrier's website! Yesterday I received a message from the carrier "shipment could not be delivered due to lack of documentation". You now know what it means to buy a pair of lamps from that company!!

The only thing i have is a big list of changing date and places and everytime another reason why they cannot deliver.
Always problems with that Seur the most untrusteble company in Spain.
Also the service points are very upset and not satisfyed by this company Seur.
