All good, this is the second light I've bought of the same style. It has a nice warm glow but it's still bright enough to be useful in addition to the bedside lamp. Thanks!

There is no clear info that price does not include VAT

The carrier's DPD website is terrible, has never been updated; but despite everything, it worked.

I ordered 7 x GU10 bulbs and 3 were the wrong colour, I have sent email after email, none have been answered very disappointing company to work with.

The delivery, which is your responsibility was bad. The delivery company sent a message advising the time they would deliver, but they didn't show up. We were available all day. Unfortunately there was no way to contact you and the driver did not respond to phone calls. I did not receive a call from the delivery company and there was no contact information in their message to me. When I finally managed to contact them I was advised that the address was incomplete or illegible. When I got the package the address was complete and easily read. The power of the uplighter was not as bright as we were expecting.

I have just received my order of garden lights. They look as described and of good quality. I can't comment on the light side as I am waiting for them to be installed.

This Company makes returning an item very difficult. I see from the DPD tracking of my returned item that they have received it about 4 weeks ago, but I have not yet received my money back:

It is a big lamp which was sent to me and returned in 3 boxes. I tried several times to reach them by email, but they don’t respond...

Easy to navigate website, good selection and reasonable pricing. Ordering and delivery was perfect.

I ordered a lamp with the description of being in glass, after all it is plastic.
When I am about to return it I am still charged for its return even being the website’s description fault and that is not right. Then, the customer service lacks language skills, specially on the phone and they are also not very polite.
Very disappointed with the experience, at least let me return it without paying return expenses.

I really like your products and your platform.

However, DPD is the worst possible partner for Logistics. Very sorry to say this, but it's really true.

Delivery time not met. DPD as a carrier is a disaster. DPD claimed to have made two delivery attempts, but they lied and said they never made any delivery attempts. The goods have not been delivered to this day.

Excellent quality light. The light was superb value for money and offered first class quality - well made, robust and classic - we reordered one immediately and another of a different colour 2 days later. Delivery by our friendly local DPD driver was rapid.
