I ordered an Anglepoise Light based on the images, which clearly show a real Anglepoise Light, but I received a very poor-quality fake. I should have known better. Please don't make the same idiotic misjudgement as me.

Really pleased with the pendant light shade I bought. Delivery was prompt, the item was well packed the quality was excellent. My electrician was very happy with the ease of fitting.

like quite a few others, I wish I'd read the reviews before wasting my time.

The company uses fake ads which contain real products from established brands with the brand names, product IDs, etc. and claim to be original with attractive prices. These link through to a website of imitation products which are clearly a breach of copyright against the brands they're imitating and a violation of the terms of service for the advertisers they're using (Google Shopping in my case).

I realised shortly after the item shipped, sent evidence to the company and fortunately they provided a refund without resistance. They did not acknowledge the evidence/accusation of false advertising, which suggests they're well aware of what they're doing.

The company also fails to make it clear the imitation products are shipped from China.

I ordered a Lampshade which was lovely and unusual. However I realized that the company is based in China and that it might be a long delivery time. They were most helpful in advising times etc and when I decided to cancel they refunded my payment straight away with no questions. Excellent service. Thank you.

The money is taken immediately but no confirmation email or order number has been sent 5 weeks later.

Purchased hanging lamp from Lamp24.co.uk. Please be patient with waiting time from the time U place an order until U receive it(in my case S&H to Warsaw) However, patience pays off. The quality is satisfying and the outcome is great. My lamp looks and works great. Communication with seller without any doubt very professional.

Ships from China, takes weeks to arrive and then only half the order arrived and I had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund on the other half. The half that arrived is average quality at best. Avoid.

I really wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order. It’s now been five weeks, and I’ve received no email confirmation or acknowledgement at all—despite the payment being taken immediately.

I’ve attempted to contact customer services multiple times to check whether my order is even on its way, but have had no response whatsoever.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this website.
