I’ve now used this company twice both times for their maldon cured smoked salmon for Christmas. Although it is very expensive it’s the best I’ve ever eaten and it is a special occasion. So if really want you push the boat out given them a go

The smoked salmon and trout was absolutely delicious. Cut quite thick so it had some bite to it and so flavourful. Best I’ve ever eaten.

Good quality and very smokey
Ordered the smoked salmon trimmings. Delivery was on time and hassle free. I've previously ordered slices and the quality is faultless. However with the trimmings be aware that the pieces can be a bit stringy and fibrous so it's only really good for adding into hot recipes so that the toughness of the pieces melts away. The smoke flavour is very intense. Almost bonfire like in strength so you can tell its been properly smoked and not synthetic.
