Ordering and delivery great, item arrived within two days however a size I've used in the past was too small. They've been returned however cost of postage and return came to a total of £7 which is a third of the cost of the actual slippers! There's nothing about the quality that makes them worth over £40 altogether, in fact the soles precisely same pattern and style as a much cheaper brand. They look very much as though they are all made by the same manufacturers. These are not premium slippers and definitely not worth the cost.

The delivery was quick and the product ordered was excellent. it was ordered to replace a wallet which was brought from Lambland Ilfracombe over 20 years ago

Two items I ordered arrived as expected and were two lovely pieces of children’s clothing which I am very happy with. A third item, an olive quarter zip fleece ordered on the same day has not arrived and nothing has been heard from Lambland who have not even responded to my E mail. Disappointing.

My original order of a sheepskin motorcycle seat pad did not arrive. I contacted Lambland, and Melissa was really helpful. I waited another couple of days just in case Royal Mail could get their act together, but to no avail. Melissa then arranged for me to receive a replacement. So, Royal Mail is the weak link here, while Lambland's service is excellent.

I have been a Lambland customer for years. We have their sheepskin rugs in nearly every room in the house because they are simply gorgeous. I have always been so impressed by its customer service. It goes the extra mile in dealing with special requests and has uncomplainingly sorted out mistakes, even though it was me that made them! A lovely company.

Amazing customer experience. I’ve had issues with delivery and an exchange case due to issues with Royal Mail, Post Nord and tolls, but Lambland helped all the way and finally found a good solution that I am happy with.

5star customer service experience despite not receiving goods after a Royal Mail loss.
After a phone call I was immediately offered a replacement. This wasn’t any good to me as I was about to go on holiday. The refund confirmation came through in 5 minutes and the actual refund in 2 hours. Exemplary!

Ordered 2 leather bags. Didn’t arrive by date specified despite Royal Mail saying they had them. Contacted lambland via email and had very quick response saying it was sorted and should be with me asap. Parcel arrived within 2 days. So happy with the bags ordered….in fact then ordered another for a friends birthday!!! Great quality, great company and customer service…only let down by Royal Mail 🙄

Awful company. Returned sheepskin slippers as sizing wrong. I had to pay return. Proof of posting and sent to the address given. Now they are disputing the address and that it was never received and demanding klarna payment but it has not been returned to me! I advise don't use either Klarna or Lambland or you will regret it.

Ordered and paid for a cow hide rug recieved the wrong colour and waited a furher 2 months for a replacement which never arrived so got a refund the rug i wanted is still advertised on website just be wary if ordering because they dont arrive
