This store is a scam and will steal your money. I placed an order on April 9, 2025. After not receiving any shipping information by April 28, 2025, I sent an email to customer care. On May 13, 2025, I still hadn’t received any response to my email inquiry so I messaged the whatsapp support. I received a vague response with no details regarding my order but a promise to "prioritize" my issue and get back to me. Two weeks later, still no response or information. I reached out again on whatsapp on May 27, 2025 for a refund and was advised that I could only do that via email through customer care and should receive a response within 24-48 hours. Well, three days later after sending another email to customer care, still no response and only vague responses on whatsapp that were useless. This is not a real company and you will be scammed, beware.

I have no informations at all about my order that I made almost two weeks ago. There was no movement of the order, how is this possible?

One of the 2 shirts was not the model i ordered. The dark one was wrong.

The shoe which i ordered was not in inventory but customer service made me send driver license copy , credit card copy to see if it was not a fraudulent transaction and then they emailed me that the size is not in stock

He sourced a particular size in an item I couldn’t find elsewhere and it arrived very quickly here in the UK

I placed an order on November 28, all paid and as of today, January 10, the courier is still waiting to receive the product. On top of that, they don't even answer you by mail, instagram, watsap or facebook, a store scam.
