Although I have not yet purchased a product from La Mansio, I have had a great experience with them already because of how a customer support representative, Emma, handled my inquiries. I first reached out to La Mansio through chatbot, asking about the production of out-of-stock products and did not receive any response for a while, so I wrote a quick message, using Contact Us forum. Then, I was contacted by Emma, and she explained that there was a technical error which caused them not to see my message. From the point on, she was remarkably helpful with providing answers to all my inquiries and more. I am tremendously grateful to her for going above and beyond to assist me promptly and diligently. Thanks to her dedicated work, I am more excited to order the product from them than I was prior to the interaction with Emma.

I got my first bag with the original kickstarter campaign after searching for a women's bag that was designed with the right pockets and straps for heavy international travel, and this bag delivered. I am regularly stopped by strangers in the street, colleagues, and even flight attendants who recognize a practical/stylish bag! A year in with daily use the zipper broke, which isn't ideal, but La Mansio made it fast and affordable to replace, and I love the bag enough to hope that the newer versions will have a sturdy zipper for continued use.

Very good customer support service. They were quick to answer and offered solution alternatives to my requests. They were also, extra nice :)

Fantastic bags. Great quality. Highly functional. Love the wet pouch feature and the versatility of being able to transform it into a backpack. I can also easily carry my yoga mat. The customer service for all my three bags has felt very personalised and attentive.

I backed up the original campaign on Kickstarter. Even after waiting for more than a year, I was not dissapointed when my bag finally arrived in the mail. Everything they promised, they delivered. Use it daily for work (it can hold my 16” laptop) and for travelling (fits on top and inside my carry on suitcase).

I got my first La Mansio bag some years ago as part of their first Kickstarter project. I waited quite a while to get my bag as Covid happened, however the team was very good at keeping us informed on status, even sending pictures during the production.

The bag is good quality and really useful with the straps which I use a lot as I bike to work. I've recently bought the Petit bag and the Make up case, and are quite excited about them both! And they arrived much quicker this time 😉😄

So in general good support, and useful and beautiful products! I'll definitely keep an eye out for new products.

I love backpacks. The trouble is that finding one that is comfortable, versatile, and can take me from train to office was not so easy—until La Mansio. The bag is brilliantly imagined, elegant, beautifully crafted, and a stunning working accessory. I am in love.

Quality product and personal professional service.

As a purchaser of both the The Mansio One and Petit M, I cannot say enough about them. They both in one way or another have been around town or being used on multiple out of country work trips and my wife has enjoyed them both. Keeping in mind that my wife is a die hard Coach fangirl, she loves how your bags look and feel. And she is rough with her bags too, and note yours hold up. Again, testament to how great your bags are! Waiting patiently to see what else you have down the line!

Really great customer service, and excellent design. You can tell the thoughtfully designed bags are made by women, for women. It's such a relief to have a bag that is function AND form, not just one or the other. And so versatile, too. I chose the Caramel Saffiano and I'm so pleased I did - a gorgeous colour that garners many compliments. Emma has been fantastic in answering questions. With La Mansio, I really feel valued. Rare, these days, with most companies.

I bought my la Mansio bag a few years ago and was really happy with the versatility and the high quality of the product, it is since my go to bag to go to work. Recently I decided to buy a small bag as well, that time I was running into a small issue with the order. The La Mansio team came back to me even once I told them that the problem was fixed.

I supported the crowdfunding from the beginning of LaMansio Idea to produce a perfect bag for a woman. I payed in advance an waited for 1,5 Years! I got regeluraly the updates and just trusted. Corona made it more difficult but an least a really received by bag and additional units. I am using them already 2,5 years and i love them. Very good quality and beautiful and practical.

I just love everything about this company - people ask me about my La Mansio One all the time. I've had it for over a year now and use it for travel, nights away with the compression cube and work. Sometimes, I just take the laptop case and camera cube with me.

Amazing service from start to finish. Though the beginning seemed rough when the company first started, the representatives have always been transparent about the process from start to finish, and their customer service (and products) nowadays is top tier!

I bought this bag right before Covid. Due to COVID, it took a while for me to get my bag but it was worth it. I get so many complements about and I love my bag. I use it as my laptop bag as I’m a current student. Love all the support and love my bag!
