I initially had concerns about unexpected customs charges on my international order, but the team at La Maison Du Parfum responded quickly and worked with me to find a fair resolution. They offered a partial refund for the customs fees, which they processed promptly once I provided the documentation.

Delivered very late. Only 2 out of the 5 products were delivered. No communication from the company. They charged the full shipment costs as if they were delivering the 5 items. Misscommunication and missperformance, unacceptable. Never again
