Brilliant bag, wrong colour

The handbag is really well made and very attractive as well as functional. Unfortunately it was advertised as white whereas in fact it is off-white so does not match my white clothes and shoes. I will sadly have to return it.

Beautifully made.…

I am very pleased with the black and navy cross body phone bags that I have purchased. They are comfortable to wear and perfect for my iPhone.

Leather Hayton jacket in cognac

Leather Hayton jacket in cognac.
Super quality jacket and looks great. Especially with the extra £20 off using the code. Checked my size beforehand for a 5'9"tall, 44" chest, 64 year old and the 44" fits perfectly. Delivered on time as advertised. Thank you Lakeland Leather.

Goods are lovely

I think the company is doing well, the quality of the goods is exceptional, very pleased with it, I always buy black purses, decided to have a change and have tan, it’s lovely. It smells good too, beautiful smell of leather.

Expensive piece of garbage

I bought a very expensive leather jacket last year and within a month of purchase, really only two weeks of gentle wear to the office - one of the pockets ripped. Lakeland would not stand by their lifetime guarantee and charged me for the repair. Fast forward 10 months and the same thing has happened to the other side. Their products are overpriced garbage, and their leather guarantee non-existent. I will never shop at Lakeland again.
