I kept one pair and sent to back to exchange for a bigger size. I still haven’t received the exchange and it’s been over a month. I’m paying for shipping costs both to and from. Awful. Can’t get a hold of anyone when you call.

Sandals were beautiful however not wide enough. They were sent as a present and too late now to change them for a different style

The sandals are beautiful, however they are VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. I haven't been able to use them, just walking a few steps the design on top hits my feet and it hurts to walk.

Shoes are not made to fit feet. Very pretty, but extremely uncomfortable.

The quality of material is great, I love the fact that they’re handcrafted and the uniqueness of the sandals. The sandals will need some breaking in. I wore the sandals one time and unfortunately, the material across the toes is so stiff it scraped skin off of my toes. I may have to put on a thin sock and walk around the to break them in.

The sole of the sandal feel nice and comfy. The ring on top was a little bothersome, hence the 4 stars, but maybe I just need to break it in. Hope so! They’re super cute😉

I received a size that didn’t fit. I tried to return or exchange but the instructions didn’t let me do so. I still have shoes I cannot wear or exchange after repeated attempts to contact you. I still wish to do so.

I purchased three pairs of boots from Laidback London from the November 2024 to January 2025… they are so just comfortable to wear I absolutely love them and would not hesitate to purchase them again and again . I feel that this footwear caters for any age range, they are just so trendy. As for myself having the zips on the sides of the boots makes them so easy to put on especially if you have arthritis in the knees which I have . But what did it for me was that I had taken the boots to get rehealed as the left boot had worn down quite a bit due to how I walk . However the shoes menders quoted £80 to £90 pounds for them to be repaired which I declined. I contacted Laidback London for any advice they could give me regarding the repair and without any hesitation they replaced them. I was so overwhelmed and extremely grateful for their kindness. What a truly wonderful company may I wish them ongoing success now and always .

I have been wearing these boots since the end of 2024 and I intentionally came back to my order to write a review because I love these boots. There are those few purchases in life where you feel that they were truly well worth the expense and beyond, these boots are one of those purchases. I have them in white yet they have withstood mud puddles and rain all winter long. They keep my feet warm and are very comfortable. I highly recommend these!!
