Issue with return request
I received the sandals which came up small sadly… the day after delivery I attempted a return through the portal but it says unable to as ‘return/exchange window closed’? I have emailed to ask how to resolve/tried to call the tel but no reply abd no connection to the tel. Hopefully I can get this sorted within the 21 day return policy!

Super rad boots
I absolutely loved the look of the boots from the photo on your site. I had to have them. I picked the army green color.
Not only are they wonderful to look at their lightweight and also comfortable. I receive compliments on them wherever I go and they’re nice and sturdy and give me a little extra height. Highly recommend.

The problem with my boots is that the inside flap (tongue) under the shoe laces on the right boot doesn't stay in place and continually moves to the right which is very uncomfortable. It's a problem.

Oh my goodness, these shoes are amazing! They feel like a warm hug for my feet, making them the most comfortable pair I own. People often stop me to ask where I got them—such a nice compliment! I love wearing them with or without socks, whether I’m relaxing at home or running errands. These are definitely my go-to boots for all year round, and if comfort had a best friend, it would be these beauties!

I love shoes and boots
I love shoes and boots. The quality ist excellent, only the sizes are a bit strenge because I have pairs in 5, 6 and even one model I needed 8. I would love a standart sizing. Receiving the good size is important because the return from Germany is terrible!!! Even living in a big city, the next FedEx is 8km far away...
Pick-up from FedEx is not possible because Internet Page is a Desaster and not working!
