It took a long time to receive the rug we ordered! I contacted the company a couple times before I was informed that they wouldn’t be able to get me my rug till nearly the end of April! My response was a request of a refund if I couldn’t receive my rug by April 3. I got the rug yesterday and it is really nice! There were gold creases in the rug yesterday but this morning they have all nearly disappeared! Now we want to order an additional rug but don’t want to be left on the back burner again with no forth coming communication and me having to send numerous emails to finally get the rug!
Might be too much frustration to contend with! I’m usually not this fragile but my husband and I both have cancer and are struggling! So there you have it!

The first rug I ordered was misdelivered but I reached out and they sent me a new one right away! I appreciate the prompt customer relations and service

The print on the rug is clear and detailed. The size 5x7 was perfect for the accommodating mat I purchased without having to trim anything. Some parts of the rug where there were creases or indentions make it almost impossible to remove the white underside of the dyed pieces but you cannot tell from a distance. Just unpacked it so I'll have to see how it settles on the floor. I would recommend a carpet mat underneath if you want something more cushiony or to stop it from moving. There is a small snag on the outer trim. Overall though it's probably worth the price if your looking for something affordable with a unique design. It's super soft to the touch.

These rugs are beautiful, very soft and wash so easily! I have ordered three for my house and plan to get one for every room!

The rug is lovely and perfectly adapted to our corridor. Very soft àd pleasant to walk over ! And our robot vacuum has no issue cleaning it so that's a huge plus.
We had a second rug in our order but sending it back because it looks too small in our room, and we'll get a bigger one. One star less just because inches and feet are really not easy for non-US people, and maybe adding the equivalent in cm directly somewhere on the website would help 🫣

My first order got lost in the mail but customer service was on it and shipped a new rug that got to me in just a couple of days. Love the rug, exactly like the picture and as expected. Great experience.

I bought a rug for my daughter’s nursery, it’s a washable rug and the back side is grippy. When we laid the rug on the carpet, it seemed like the rug would get bunched up as we walked on it, so we decided it’s not the right rug for that place. We did decide to keep the rug for a different location. Lahome decor was very easy to work with and easy to get in touch with.

These carpets are beautiful! I can't wait to get my carpet and display it in my living room. My initial delivery was not a success. My package was taken from my property, but customer service was easy to work with. They were honest and very accommodating. Great company!!

The rug I ordered was exactly as described, but the pattern was just too busy for the space. I immediately contacted Lahome about returning, fully expecting to be out the money I’d paid. Jen in customer service replied and was extremely helpful. I can’t remember the last time I’ve received genuine customer service - will be recommending this company.

We ordered a rug for our living room that unfortunately never made it to our apartment. I contacted the company and they were very helpful in assisting me with my troubles and offered to send a new rug to us! We are very thankful for the speedy responses and fast shipping!

Beautiful designs and very nicely made. There was a shipping delay but customer service responded quickly and was very transparent. I would definitely order from them again.

The customer service I received when my rug was not delivered was fast, responsive, and super helpful. I feel like those things are usually a pain in the butt, but this was no hassle at all. I have wanted this rug for years, I love it.The design is so pretty, I can’t wait to put it in my home!

I had the Christmas rug and liked it do I purchased 2 others as the holiday was over!!
Easy to wash. So I just now order 2 “insect” 2x3 rugs for my kitchen for spring, summer and fall. Then back to Christmas!!!Like the none slip backing
