DO NOT PURCHASE! I purchased 3 rugs and grippers. I received one rug HOWEVER, I have not received any other items I purchased! I received one tracking number but all items were included YET the box ONLY CONTAINED ONE ITEM! I have reached out to customer service multiple times, tried to chat with web site but it is inoperable, even Facebook and can not get any information regarding my purchase. I can not even get my money back for items already purchased! I'm out several hundred dollars. DON"T PURCHASE! No contact, no customer service...NOTHING!

Purchased the Virginie Washable Modern Checkerboard runner rug and absolutely LOVE IT! The quality is excellent for the price, its easy to clean, and the washable feature is a huge bonus. Lays flat and looks exactly as pictured! Would definitely purchase again. Lahome does not disappoint.

I have been looking for the perfect rug for my nursery for my twins since I found I was pregnant last July, and I finally found it!
I ordered the rug and forgot I had a 20% off code and I reached out thinking they would say tough luck, pal! Instead they said no worries and gave me the 20% off credit without having to cancel my order, which was very kind, especially for a sleep deprived mother of newborn twins!
I received the rug and it’s even better in person!
So soft and amazing quality, feels and looks like it’s going to last a very long time.

Super fast processing of my order
Super fast processing of my order, the rugs are really soft and comfy. The pricing was much lower than other comparable brands. Had a hiccup with delivery, but their customer service was great with helping me with a replacement. Will definitely be ordering again for other rooms.
