Charming butterfly rug
I recently purchased a washable rug from LaHome and couldn’t be happier with it. The design is beautiful. It adds warmth and character to the room, It laid flat quickly with no curling at the edges, and the quality is excellent for the price. The rug is thin but has a grippy back, and it stays in place without slipping
What really impressed me is how easy it is to clean — It’s soft underfoot, practical, and perfect for a busy home. I would absolutely purchase from LaHome again!

I love the rug I purchased
I love the rug I purchased! It’s beautiful and playful with its colors and flower patterns. The rugs are low profile due to their washability so they are great for walkways and under doors. If you want a more plush feel, just purchase the rug pad for underneath. The top of the rug is soft and easy to clean up spills and pet hair. I would definitely buy another one.

The fabric is more like a blanket--not a rug at all. Fold lines are PERMANENT. The customer service is NON-EXISTENT. They do not uphold their return policies. I think all of these reviews are bot-driven and suspect, which is a surprise for Trustpilot.
I see that they answered below. They sent an email, and I answered them...AND THEY GHOSTED ME AGAIN. Please read the 1 star reviews which say that they BRIBE customers into giving 5 star reviews if they want a refund...and they renege on those promised as well, once they have the 5 star fake review...which FOOLED me and made me think less of Trustpilot

TOTAL SCAM
I ordered from this company for the first time. I ordered three rugs - a 6x9 and (2) 2x6 runners. The company sent me only one of the runners. I have emailed 4 times and used the chat feature on their website and nobody responds to send me the rug that I paid for and haven't received. I am going to be disputing the charge on my credit card as this company appears to be a scam.

Beautiful product and great customer service
I ordered several of their washable rugs. The rugs are beautiful and soft as advertised. When one of the rugs delivered was the wrong color, they gave me the option to keep the rug I had received along with a full refund, or to choose a free replacement. The customer service was very responsive and helpful!

I’m so impressed with Jen in customer service, she has been a pleasure to work with. One of my rugs got lost in shipping and when contacted her to let her know I never received my rug; she looked it all up and found it got lost and shipped out my second rug right away.
