arrived after a long journey, left cases in room to go out to eat, came back about 10.30 and were greeted by a roomful of cockroaches. Stayed up all night chasing and killing them. Went to reception the next morning to complain and request another room but they had only ones on the second floor but we had to pay extra for these. No apology at all.Have tried three times to contact them via their website and e-mail for some sort of recompense but they have not had the decency to reply.
I am still trying to contact them but I would advise against anyone staying here

I paid for all inclusive, and when we arrived at the hotel at 3 am, there wasn't even water in the fridge. The children wanted to drink, because it was expensive and hot, they told me that there was a 24-hour shop nearby. What can I buy water there. Is this normal when everything is paid for? The food is terrible, it's not possible to eat at the hotel, and we ate at other establishments, and everything was paid for at this hotel. Cockroaches in the rooms. Terrible hotel, terrible staff. I don't recommend it!
