Very nice product, but more attention needed for packaging
Very nice and versatile product, but the box is too small and my band doesn't fit in it well after use. The aroma spray lid was also half open and it spilled after I opened the box.

Efficient quick service! But I don't know why I am charged for delivery when I get the message on the website that I am entitled to free delivery having spent a certain amount! Still the products are very good and I will still order in the future!

Edited: My problem with the delivery was solved as Lagripro team intervened and helped me with it, for which I want to thank them. Still, my recommendation to consider another shipping partner remains valid.
Original post: I never received my order. The problem lies with DHL - a highly unreliable service that I will try to avoid at any cost in the future. That's why I highly recommend you to change or at least diversify your shipping partners in Belgium so that your clients could have some choice. I love your products and I would have ordered again, but I just don't want to go through so much trouble and end up with empty hands again.
