I returned two items to Laflore Paris within their return window, using their prepaid shipping labels and following all instructions. One package (the Chouchou) was marked "refused" by Laflore and sent back to me unopened. The other (a Bobobark) vanished into the system due to the low-cost, untracked return shipping method Laflore themselves chose. I then received multiple automated messages from them saying that the refund period had expired and would be cancelled.
Despite doing everything right, I had to follow up multiple times over several weeks just to receive the refund I was owed. Their customer service was vague, evasive, and slow to respond with anything actionable. At one point they even told me to re-ship the Chouchou at my own expense, despite their initial package refusal and my having already paid for the original return label.
At one point, they even sent me a gift card with a $0 balance, without explanation - only later claiming it was "sent by mistake". The fact that they sent me an empty gift card instead of issuing a proper refund says everything about how disorganized and dismissive this company is.
They eventually refunded the full amount - but only after I threatened a chargeback, complaints to Canadian and French authorities, and sent detailed documentation multiple times. The burden should not be on the customer to chase down what's rightfully theirs.
While I got my money back, I'm still incredibly disappointed in how Laflore handled this return. Their website claims "easy returns" and ethical practices, but my experience was stressful, slow, and professionally lacking. I do not plan to shop with them again - and I hope this helps other customers avoid going through the same ordeal.

I have many Laflore bags and they are all without a doubt beautiful but also completely impractical. The hardware on the bobobark makes so much noise! All the bags have a this similar issue, but bobobark is the loudest and most irritating. Constant clanking of metal. And the last time I traveled with the trolala, I considered trying to get rid of it halfway through the trip. It is designed for 1-2 nights of car or maybe train travel. Even then I found it very impractical. Overall, I still like these bags, but they are not travel friendly.

When I had a mishap with my beloved Bobo I received a prompt response from Customer Service and a solution. I bought the repair kit to match my bag along with a bottle of conditioner. My bag looks almost brand new and is ready for the next adventure. Mille merci!

I have purchased maybe 10-15 bags, eyeglass cases, wallets, and loved them all. Finally got a trolala and first time I’m disappointed. The two straps are not buckles but some other sliding things that are hard to maneuver and I also got the packing cubes and they are too tall. They don’t fit. It’s like the bag wasn’t cut tall enough. Keeping it because I want to use it for an upcoming trip, but am bummed.
