Good value
I ordered an oversized long coat which looks as advertised on their website. I like the slouchy, casual look. I am petite and the sleeves are too long but my local seamstress can fix them. Had no issues with the order. It took 3 weeks to arrive as it was coming from China but I was in no hurry to get it right away. Fun website to shop!

My first order from La Femme Wanderer. I ordered an oversized coat, jumper and leggings. Tracking the order was easy and quality of items was very good. The coat is lovely and fits great. Unfortunately the jumper and leggings were a little small. Contacted LFW by email, received a quick response offering 2 options. I took the credit option. I like the style of clothing and will definitely buy from LFW again.

scam site your return has to be sent to china in 14 days paid by customer no way will it be recieved in 14 days . The sweater that was sent is not a US size XL it's a small at best. also loose threads inside and outside no tags on clothes . I would not send money to this company. They only give you 14 days return but they use an American address on the site and packaging. But retirns must go to china?

Do not order from this company. Order took well over 2 weeks to arrive, and I missed the event I had ordered the items for. However, the quality and sizing is also extremely poor. Emailed customer services who responded about the delay in delivery. Now they are not replying since I have asked for a refund. You cannot return an item until customer services approve, and they do not respond. I’ll have to raise as a dispute with my bank but warning others so you are not defrauded by this company. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs.

Do not purchase The quality and material are nowhere near of that, in the pictures and therefore over priced. Sizing and shape is incorrect, I now believe this is made in china not UK or Europe as the garments are very wide but incredibly short in the body. So a plus side 22 would only fit a very petite but wide short bodied person. Its a shame because if pricing was fairly corrected and sizing addressed the style and designs are attractive , however they are probably making enough money not to bother addressing, as returns are very difficult.

Quality Clothing
This was my first order with them and I was very satisfied with their clothing. I purchased a sweater, a blouse, and a pair of jeans. The quality of the three items is first rate and the items I received resembled the pictures on their website. I did reach out with a question about the jeans as they were a bit tight. They responded immediately with a solution. I will continue to purchase items from LaFemme. My shopping experience and their immediate response to any issue with purchases are two great reasons to use their website.

Stinky Bag
Unfortunately the bag ordered took a couple of weeks to arrive. Upon opening the package the stench coming from the bag was disgusting with no chance of ever using it. The customer service was amazing at giving me a credit immediately, but I’m cautious about further purchases.

I’ve only just found La Femme Wanderer but I’m super happy that I have. My order was tracked all the way and I got regular updates about my delivery. The blazer I ordered is great but is the wrong size. It has been super easy to return. Customer service was excellent and my email was responded to the same day.
