Fake Brand!! Worst customer service... only money matters
“This small company is conducting business unethically by misleading customers.”
One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.
Made full payment, waited more than 11 days, received confusing and misleading updates, was repeatedly assured that the order was dispatched, later informed about additional payment, and still no proper resolution. Even after requesting cancellation and refund due to the chaos, the brand is still forcing the shipment instead of processing my money back.
The entire experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. Customers deserve clear communication and honest service, not endless confusion and delays.
Sharing these so others stay aware before placing orders.
