Everything went wrong. The dress I received for my daughter's prom is totally different from what I ordered. How can they improve? By simply going out of business. They communicated well until I received the dress. Please stay far far far away from this company. You will not get a refund from them.

Ordered s red and gold prom dress to wear for my wedding and the picture was to die for. Received the dress and it was too big,color wasn't like the picture online. And the style definitely DID NOT LOOK like the picture. I received a hideous dress that looked like the 1900s.Took my measurements before ordering so the dress can be fitted. Size did not match me at all way to big. Sent in the picture and informed them of the issue the next day after delivery April 15. The amount of excuses that was given to me by whom ever was corresponding to the emails was ridiculous. Online lies and scams from these companies is ridiculous. I have all proof corresponding to my order and they tried to say I ordered burgundy dress not red then told me to look at the dress again and pic then tell me I can get my money back but change their mine to half then to 30%. I am fed up. The pictures to match dont lie. I have shown this dress to over 15 people but for some reason ladyprom dress staff don't see what everyone else see's. I ordered the dress end of March received in a timely manner and it was an absolute nightmare. I still cant get my money back but lame apologies and multiple excuses instead of admitting to the mistake.

This was the worse company I have ever ordered a dress from the dress was horrible and so ugly. The customer service is unprofessional they don’t give refunds please save yourself so time and money DO NOT ORDER THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM… The dress I ordered looks nothing like the picture

Zero stars the worse! They stalled for days with bs emails trying to coerce me n2 paying their rush fee when I wouldn't they canceled my order. You dumb asses I literally had weeks before my wedding id never rely on you with my real date. Ordered Aug 7th they kept emails going until the 12th that would put me over the deadline I gave them of Sept 1st. Wow just wow. Does 30$ really mean tht much in china..lol Everything happens for a reason!

I ordered my daughter prom dress . It finally came and it looks nothing like the picture . The stitching is horrible . It looks like my 8 year made the dress . Do not buy from here . They are giving me a hassle to return it and give me a refund . My daughter prom is in 3 weeks . Now I have to buy a new dress for her . Very disappointed

Great service and beautiful dress for the price. Couldn't find anything in stores that was both beautiful and reasonable. This was a win!

Poor communication skills they are a rip off they take the money off your card ASAP. Do not send you a confirmation number. It’s been four weeks never received a confirmation number about my order so I request a refund. I still haven’t received a refund. It’s been over 45 days. DONT BUY FROM HERE SCAMMERS

This company slayed my daughter dress. I would refer them to anyone that's willing to trust my judgment

The company has very selective communication. I ordered a custom prom dress and some how the sleeves were entirely too short. I immediately notified the company upon receipt of the dress and I've been jumping through hoops with this merchant to resolve the issue.

When asking for return and just one size larger-they want to only refund 20%. Poor customer service and expects brand new product returned for little returned monetarily

This company is absolutely terrible. You pay for your size and they email you asking if you still want the dress you just paid for. They ask for your measurements and then tell you it’s an extra fee. When I got my dress it was extremely too big and they just told me to get it tailored and offered no type of reimbursement or how we can work anything out. They tell you to spend more money somewhere else when you can do that to begin with and leave them completely out the picture. When you post reviews on their page of course you can’t see the complaints. They It’s a waste of time and money. Do NOT spend your money or waste your time!!!

I got my dress custom made and it’s everything i could’ve asked for. it only took about a month to get here which isn’t bad at all! they made my dress perfect and just for me 10/10

This company literally ruined my wedding experience, paid for a dress that was supposed to be made to order but was actually NOT. Unable to return, unable to get a refund, unable to get a replacement. Spent $200 for them to send me a dress that is nothing like the one pictured. After like 3 weeks of emailing customer service they offered me a $47?! DO NOT BUY WEDDING DRESSES FROM HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A EXTRA $300 FOR ALTERATIONS

I loved the dress

The dress fitted great it looks exactly how it looking in the pictures, i only had to get it tailored once because i wanted to cover up my boobs but other than that there’s absolutely nothing wrong with dress 10/10 i recommend!!

My granddaughter was so happy with the dress. We needed it promptly since we were not able to find a dress in our area that she liked and would fit properly. The "Rush Fee" was reasonable and worth it to see the look on her face.
