Fabulous item and service from lady pipa for my 2nd purchase from them. Couldn't be more happy with my shawl.

Return not okay.
In their policy, they mention 15 calendardays to make a return. I tried it after 11days, but get an error saying that the return period has expired.
I tried contacting them by mail and chat, but didn’t receive an answer yet…

Good quality but misleading pictures on website. Shawl is not big in real life as is shown in picture.

Fast shipping to the US and a beautiful dress.

Very fast shipping! I was able to purchase and make an international return without any issues although the 15 calendar day window was nerve racking. I will also say there was a bit of inconsistent quality control. The hem of one of the dresses was messed up in one section. I also bought an XS and S in the same dress and the straps of the S were oddly much, much shorter than the XS straps. It ended up working out for me so I did not need tailoring, but since the straps aren't adjustable I could see this being an issue for other body types. All that being said, I really liked the dress styles and will be purchasing from Lady Pipa again.

Great experience with the customer support and very pleased with the product. One suggestion: to make it possible to change the purchased product for a different size. Currently this is not available in all countries.

The dress has a very good quality, however I am a little bit disappointed about the customer experience. Indeed, the dress was only packaged in a carton. I think that it’s very disappointing for a dress whose almost cost 200€.
However le dress is very beautiful, the size choosed with advices is perfect, the fabric and the color are also highly quality.

Great fit and quality. Beautiful dress that is a bit different and very elegant. I can’t wait to wear it! It fits so great. I am usually between S and M. On the strapped dress which fabric is stretchy the small is great. The other dress is not stretchy, so I kept the medium size. Gorgeous shoes too!!! Nice heel and pretty comfortable.

Company listens to the reviews and improved on packaging. I love that the dresses are properly lined unlike fast fashion companies out there that charge the same.
I can also always rely on the fast shipping from the company.
