Disappointed customer service
Ordered 2 pairs of shoes online. Unfortunately neither fit me. Went to the shop to return them and I was very disappointed that the staff member didn’t even acknowledge me in the shop and when I approached her to return the shoes she really wasn’t interested in even asking me what the problem was with them or could she interest me in looking at something else ! I actually couldn’t wait to get out of the shop !

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, had my order the next day and clothing I bought carefully wrapped. Had to return one pair of trainers and had notification of return and refund in a day or 2. Highly recommend.

I purchased a blazer I collected it…
I purchased a blazer I collected it in store got home opened bag it was completely wrinkled I had to take into cleaners to have it pressed he told me it was absloute nightmare to get wrinkles out of it very disappointed with it and it would not encourage me to purchase again .
