We are sorry that you were not happy with the service you received from Lady Hunter. We use a global, well known and established door to door express courier service to deliver to addresses outside of the U.K. Unfortunately The courier had difficulty locating your address and when confirmed reattempted delivery and reconfirmed the delivery date but no one was home to accept the parcel. This was beyond our control however we will continue to contact the courier to try and assist. Due to the inconvenience and delay to your delivery we refunded your shipping charge and sent notification to you that your shipping was now free of charge. Once again we apologise if this was not to your satisfaction.
