The two Richards coped with the three sets of stairs from my flat and moved some heavy items quickly and efficiently whilst being scrupulous about maintaining safe practices during the Covid pandemic. They were very pleasant and calm and I would thoroughly recommend them.

I very rarely feel moved (no pun intended) to leave reviews, however, even though I am in the midst of moving I wanted everyone to know just how amazing the team at Ladygate Removals are. From my first call, the friendly and professional team in the office put me at ease, took care of my requirements even though it was with little notice, they did their very best and booked me in. On the day they kept me informed of their ETA, they arrived on time, with smiles and energy which was infectious (having spent a week packing I was flagging). They were proffesional, smart, polite, fun, hard working, courteous, didnt leave a mark to the home I was leaving or going and took real genuine care of my belongings as if they were there own, this is my 23rd move, so I can say with confidence and experience that without a doubt they are the very best removals team I have had move me, from now on I will only use Ladygate Removals. I have already recommended them to a friend moving from Sheffield.

Richard and the team did a brilliant job for our house move , stepped in at last minute for our move. Brilliant service , professional, friendly and organised. Couldn’t be more pleased made our day hassle free .Would highly recommend.

Ladygate moved us from Hampshire to the East Ridings, in a very professional and friendly way. Despite the distance, the final move was completed in a single day, with the team working extremely hard in a long day. Richard had offered us two earlier shipments, taking advantage of return trips from other jobs in the south, which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend them unreservedly!

Richard and his team was fantastic! Couldn’t be more pleased with the service - They went above and beyond to get us moved, regardless of all the challenges and obstacles we came across! What was supposed to be a 4 hour job turned into 6 and they did it without a single moan - very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Richard and Ryan did a great job clearing the house contents ready for the house sale and at fairly short notice. They know what they’re doing and sort it all out in a friendly and professional way. Richard and Ryan did a superb job. They were in time, really helpful and did a great job clearing out mum Mum’s bungalow- even getting the settee out was no problem!

This is a company that really go above and beyond for its customers. All the guys were punctual, polite and professional. They worked as a team, and in spite of our problems ie being stranded for a full day and into the next day , due to issue beyond ours or their control they supported us. They stored our property overnight and came back to deliver it the next day. Not once did I hear a moan, only words of support for us. I highly recommend Richard and his team. The family Robinson

Richard provided an exceptional service when they cleared out my father in laws house. He was not only good at his job but also very helpful and friendly - a pleasure to deal with particularly in quite an emotionally charged situation. He and his team are highly recommended.

I was going to write a giant review detailing exactly what makes Ladygate Removals worthy of a 5 star review but I’ve decided to keep it brief instead. I don’t think I have ever dealt with a company that has been this focused on customer satisfaction. Everything Richard and co did on the build up to, and moving day - was to make our move as smooth and cost effective as possible. Richard and Leon went above and beyond what was asked of them on removal day and made a job that should have taken all day, take a few hours. I wouldn’t even think of approaching another removal company if it came to moving again. Thanks guys.

Ladygate removals made our moving day a stress free experience. The whole team were professional, polite and moved / packed and transported our belongings safely and efficiently. I would the rates competitive and the whole Team friendly . I whole heartedly recommend them and would use again to move . A professional company and great service!

They made moving so much easier. They did almost everything. We didn't need to pack anything that was in drawers or dismantle furniture or pack clothes in wardobes. Very friendly and efficient.

We contacted Ladygate only a few days before our move and they could not have done a better job at putting our mind at ease. The quotation appointment with Richard was brilliant and set us up for what to expect on the day. The price given to us was suprisingly very cheap for the level of service that we received as the day of the move could not have gone smoother. For anyone considering whether removals are worth it, I would 100% recommend them as they really do take a lot of stress out of the day.

This was the first time we’d used a removals company and decided to use Ladygate as they were recommended to me.

The guys turned up at 8am, worked solid until the house was empty and were very considerate and careful. The move was very smooth and we were both so impressed with the speed and care, from the minute the guys got through the door until the minute they left.

We will definitely use Ladygate next time we move as it took away all the stress.
