I wish I had seen this website sooner. Judging by the other reviews I would never had paid for this underwear I never did receive. They kept coming up with excuses until it was too late to put in a complaint with PayPal. Do not trust these people. They are scammers. If I could give them no stars I would

Just like other reviewers here I have been scammed. I ordered 5 pairs of pants last year and received them in good time. I was really pleased with them so ordered 10 more pairs on May 10 for a holiday I'd planned in August. After numerous emails and differing excuses for replies, they have stopped responding, it is now October and still nothing even though I have threatened them with our ombudsman.

EVRI have confirmed Ladydry received and signed for my parcel.
Still no refund.
Now will try and find a telephone number

I placed an order on 1st August and besides receiving an order confirmation, I have no idea where my order is!
Very disappointing!!

Buyer Beware! Same as all other number 1’s. Promised a replacement pkg months and months ago. Sent numerous inquiries and up to last one kept getting nicely worded reply’s that now appear to have been a runaround. Guess we’re just out the money!!

I ordered the capsules in May and haven’t received them l spent 70 dollars I’m very disappointed with this company l am a constant shopper online and never had issues with any companies before this has spoiled it for me now l also requested a refund with no response.

Like other reviews here I have been scammed. I ordered 5 pairs of knickers at the end of May and received them in June. I was pleased with them so felt confident to order more so at the beginning of July I ordered 5 further pairs at full price and accepted the offer of a further 5 pairs half price. This cost me £67. Nothing had arrived by 1st August so I wrote to their support section, received a polite email back saying they had been lost in shipping and replacements would be sent. Three weeks later nothing had arrived so I wrote again asking for my money to be returned. To date I have received no reply or product. This morning I found this site and can see that I am the latest of the long of ladies to be scammed.

I ordered lady dry on May 1st it is is now August 29th and I still haven't got it plenty of emails they stole my money and have not delivered a product do not order from them

I placed my order in May. Have not recueved my order nor have I received a refund. I have messaged weekly. Always some excuse. Its over 3 months and now they don't even reply.

After ordering and confirmation of order, I heard nothing. Weeks went by. No shipping notification. No reply from their Customer Service at all!?
Avoid disappointment and don’t buy from this despicable and dishonest seller.

DO NOT PURCHASE. This company is a SCAM, do not order. It's been over a month, no shipment, just a run around from customer service. Since I have called them out, they have ceased with their email lies "order on it's way", "sorry, your order is now prioritized" blah blah lie lie lie.
I was stupid and did not do enough research. DO NOT PURCHASE.
They do not even deserve 1 star

Like the other reviews I have lots of promising emails but no delivery. I placed my order on 5/6/25, two texts advising they could find my address. Have sent numerous emails with prompt replies until I asked for a refund then nothing. I hadn't done any checks before ordering as I had ordered and received my order with no problems last December. Guess like rest of reviewers I've lost my money this time. ☹️

Ordered on 5th July had prompt tracking number, then nothing. Apparently items lost in transit. Numerous emails to no avail. I'm sure they just send the same emails to everyone. Luckily I Paid through paypal got a full refund. Dont use a total scam

Pathetic is all I can say. Standard reply over and over again. Never received my order. Waited 2 months!!! Still nothing!! Don’t buy from these people.

They are just a scam. Did not receive my purchase at all after 5 months. They keep replying with issues regarding shipping. DO NOT ORDER FORM THEM

Paid $99 in June and it's August no communication no products.Need ASAP immediately.

I have received Lady Dry Products in the past, yet I can’t now get to the website…The Wear Lady Dry only allows you to pay via PayPal. The one I had in the past had differing payment methods…The previous site was excellent, I can only assume the wear lady dry is a scam. It was only called Lady Dry previously

They are dishonest! I have yet to receive my order after numerous requests. Continue to say it is a shipping problem. I have asked for a refund and no response.

Same as most of the other reviews. Ordered on 5th June, just keep getting emails saying they’re having problems with their distributions. I have now contacted my bank for a chargeback but I’m not holding out much hope. It’s a scam
