I bought some Footjoy traditions online from here. I wore them for 18 holes in heavy dew but no rain. My socks were soaked from toe to heel. I spoke to the shop and Footjoy will not refund or replace unless they test positive on their new machine. I was confident my pair would test positive so I returned the shoes to the shop who sent them off to Footjoy. I could not believe that the shoes tested negative. I don’t know what this machine is testing but it seems to me Footjoy are dodging their responsibility, if they say shoes are waterproof guaranteed for a year they should be!! The shoes are being sent back to me with no refund or replacement. I have a brand new pair of shoes costing £95 that I can’t wear. I will never buy another pair of footjoys ever again.

ordered golf gloves, womens large. Arrived and the size would have fit a 11-12 year old. I returned gloves and asked for my money back including return postage as gloves falsely labeled. The company responded promptly in refunding the original price I paid but not the return postage which left me out of pocket. No apology or comment on why postage was refused. Would use this company again if no alternative but disappointed with their non-existent care.

I hadn't heard of them and so was nervous about providing details for a purchase however they were the cheapest for the golf flight bag I wanted to buy. I shouldn't have been worried the bag turned up exactly when it should have, exactly as described I was very pleased. They also use DPD deliveries which I think are the best out there for comms and information which is another plus

Hi all,

I will recommend this golf-shop-online to everyone.

I had a good expirence with them when I placed my order. Afterward I had some item changes and that was corrected without any problems at all. I also received all my items on the time they promised - and when I recived it, my jacket was too big so the return process was fine as well.
Overall I'm very satisfied and will go shopping there again - when my bankaccount allows me :-) Thank you.
