Omar attended and provided details of options available based on the space available and height of our hallway. He gave clear advice and did not try to over sell us.
He booked the installation and attended with Lee. They were both polite, worked in a tidy manner placing cover sheets down plus a waterproof floor covering. They worked quickly, swept up after themselves. It was like they were never here.
Omar was patient when demonstrating the use of the ladder. I will definitely recommend Omar and his company.

Omar came round to give us a quote but we couldn't use him because of the size of the loft appature but I wanted to leave a review forOmar because he tried really hard, was unfailingly polite and I really thought he would have made a great job of it. Sad not to be able to use them but was impressed with the service I got.

the loft ladder in my flat got stuck at a random point in time although i had used it just 2 weeks earlier. I ask this company to come and have a look. Omar really took the time to try and fix it and tried everything but just could not get it to stay into place. The best option was to change the system. It took a bit of time for me to be available for the new ladder to be installed. It would have been done so much earlier if I had been free. The installation was done perfectly. Omar and his colleagues spent about 3 hours fixing taking out and fitting the new ladder. They actually fixed the bad job that was done originally. They also cleaned everything before leaving and I had nothing to do.
I joked with them that they also provided entertainment during the morning as they were singing along to the songs playing on the radio they brough along with them. It was a fun morning, they got the job done and even went beyond by fixing issues. highly recommending!!!
