We ordered 3 blinds and the center blind is 4 inches too short.
When we brought it to their attention radio silence. Linda the Salespers doesn't return calls. Moses the installer that told us it needed to be replaced doesn't return calls. Customer service doesn't return calls or emails.
We filed a complaint with the BBB and they were able to get it closed with out a resolution. Please stay away from this company. You will be so sorry

My experience with LA Custom Blinds has been deeply disappointing. I signed a written contract for custom drapery, paid a deposit, and expected the job to be completed as agreed. Instead, without warning, the company abruptly cancelled my project via text message, citing “extreme circumstances.” On a call with a company representative I was told the order was "out of spec." I asked for an explanation of what that meant and was told, "I just told you." On the order there is a note that states "This order is cancelled per Barry, due to extreame (sic) expectations of the client." My only expectation was that the drapery would be made and installed. I did not communicate anything with regard to expectations.

The combination of sudden cancellation, poor communication, and disregard for contractual obligations raises serious concerns about their reliability and professionalism. While a refund is pending, the trust and confidence I once had in this company are gone.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend LA Custom Blinds to anyone who values dependable service, professionalism, and respect for agreements.
