To our surprise the shop assistant decline and said “no”. Come on, let’s be humans and it just is so sad when now in sociaty people are just not empathetic anymore. Will
Not be visiting the Westbourne store anymore I will find a friendlier one.

I knew to begin with to size up with this brand. So I did. There was a significant sizing issue with the size 3 baby and child size 3 but both measurements are the same. I even showed comparisons and I was told it’s a longer length dress. But the waist and arms were significantly smaller. After showing pictures no reply. I replied with I will be returning items which, i had to pay £12 for. And guess what no reply again.
Terrible service from beginning to end. I had to chase my parcel and demand my refund. Only half refund was given, when everything was returned in exactly how it was sent ( didn't even open the box). Still waiting for the other half of refund to be transferred back. What a joke.

I've bought their shoes over time and always loved them. However pairs I have bought over the last year or so have been terrible quality. The colour layer coming off after one use. I contacted customer services and they said I could return but by which point the event was over and my girls were wearing scruffy shoes! Definitely expect better quality for such expensive shoes

The quality of the Leather Girl T-Bar Shoes has gone down significantly. I used to love these shoes, I bought many sizes and colors of La Coqueta Leather Girl T-Bar Shoes to my girl over time, the quality was great and I was even able to gift them to my friend's babies afterwards.
Now the quality is very cheap, the colorful layer of leather is extremely thin and the shoes have literally peeled the leather on the tips of the shoes after just one wear. Very disapointed.
BTW I have contacted the support on their website about the review I left that has magically disappeared, and got no reply......so unreliable.

Updating this review as after initially feeling I hadn’t had good service after a parcel was missing with Evri, the company went out of their way to ensure the items got to me in time for a wedding. The dresses are absolutely beautiful, very high quality fabrics and craftsmanship - but very small. My daughter is just turned 2 (admittedly very tall for her age) and the she 3 dresses mostly were too tight across the chest and under armpits. Recommend sizing up and a couple up for taller children.
I am so looking forward to receiving my order though it has not arrived. I provided my address along with a request to use our national postal service as that is the only way things come out to our rural address. They used an international courier service which has taken five weeks back and forth and has not yet delivered my items.

The material is soft and light, and the floral pattern is classic without being overly girly — exactly what I was looking for.
My sister in law said it fit perfectly and my niece absolutely loved it (she didn’t want to take it off!). It looked like something out of a storybook. Packaging was lovely too — it really felt special from the moment it arrived.
Will definitely be coming back for Christmas. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a thoughtful, timeless gift.
Beware of sizing charts, they are way off and they do not stand behind this.
I purchased size 9 Loden coats because according to my boys measurements on the unisex size chart on that product page, that is the size they would be. When they arrived (international order) they were a few sizes to big! I measured the size 9's myself and the measurements are way off. But they won't stand behind this and I can't return. Notice that you can't leave a review on the website, you have to use a third party website to leave a review. So disappointing, beautiful quality clothes, but sizes are off and not good customer service.
I am trying to place an order and when I check out it says “some items are out of stock, would you like to check out anyways?” Um NO, I would like to know what is out of stock but the website has all of my items listed as in stock? I tried again and again to contact customer service to no avail.
It’s nonsense that I am able to put items in my cart, seemingly all in stock, and then they are not?
Ordered item for a 3 month old but was sent 3 year old item. Although correct item was sent promptly, La Coqueta would not arrange collection for the incorrect item from my address in Ireland (where I live) and instead sent a return label to my elderly parent’s home in the UK, meaning they had to go to the post office with it and I had to bring it to the UK. I had a 19 email chain including several asking me to email them when I had sent the item back; even though they hadn’t even sent the return label yet. By the end I found customer service rude and despite several requests for a phone call from a manager, this never happened.
Beautiful boots, lovely wrapping and really prompt delivery. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
Most of my son’s clothes are from La Coqueta. The cotton jumpers are superb. Still the same since I bought them from a few years ago. Great customer service. Thank you.
Excellent service and amazing products
We loved their products and then visited their store in London but as it's quite small, we ended up ordering everything online. After a small issue with delivery, their customer service sorted it out very quickly and we had received our goods by the end of the day!
