Laces did come, eventually. Got next day delivery and never turned up. Didn’t receive a confirmation email, and when they did turn up, bear in mind I had got a refund from Monzo for being scammed. They turned up, not even the colours I ordered. The beige was more like a greeny grey. Terrible quality. Also, they say they’re a British website but spell favourite like favorite. Should’ve been a massive give away.

No confirmation email on ordering and no order tracking.

100% scam do not use, no way of contacting them and no confirmation of emails, they will just take your money don’t make the same mistake

Scam, placed and order got no confirmation email, and they have ignored my emails. Took payment and delivered no laces. AVOID

Took ages to get laces delivered and then was sent the wrong ones. Have emailed, called and left messages. No response. Do not use.

Honestly I thought it was a scam I emailed about confirmation on my laces I purchased heard no response but they then came the following day through the post. Would be nice to have confirmation of your order however I would Definitely order from here again 👍🏼

I ordered laces without reading reviews, they took the money but then sent no follow up email. Also refused to reply to any form of communication I sent.

Ordered and arrived about a week later. After reading the reviews just after I'd purchased, didn't think they'd arrive but pleased with quality of laces for my football boots

Laces ordered and paid for over 3 weeks ago, no delivery update, no response from customer service. Just took my money and ignored. SCAM WEBSITE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER!

Laces completely wrong - cheap and clearly not matched.

I was supposed to receive a replacement pair of laces for Adidas Gazelles. Took ages to arrive and when they finally arrived they were a different size, thickness and cheap nylon rather than cotton to match the originals. So not really a match after all.

Money taken, order email confirmed, no laces delivered, have written to them online and by email with no response. Doesn’t get much worse, avoid at all costs.

order two pair of laces on 24th May, still waiting for order to arrive, tried to make contact no answer, give them zero star rating if there was that option, trading standards should do something about this company, I will be making a report to trading standards, I know I'll not get my money back but it might stop other people loosing theirs, one unhappy customer

I ordered a pair of Nike laces on the 22 of May, didn't get a confirmation email but had taken money from my account, sent multiple messages on the website, texts and personal messages didn't get any kind of response. Don't recommend

This company is a scam. The take your money, don't respond to emails. The contact number rings off.

Laces came quickly and exactly as described. Also came in biodegradable packaging, nice touch! Comms weren’t great and no email confirmation but very impressed with everything else. NOT A SCAM!
